Our laboratory is located on the first floor of No. 14 (a red-brick building) in the Main Campus of Kyoto University, Yoshida. Please enter from the south entrance of the building and proceed to the right (east) side.

Access to Kyoto University

From Demachiyanagi Station (Keihan Railway)

  • On foot: 15 minutes on foot to the east.
  • Bus: From Demachiyanagi Station by No. 201: Take a city bus bound for Gion or Shijo-Omiya, and get off at the Hyakumanben stop.
  • Bus: From Demachiyanagi Station by No. 7: Take a city bus bound for Kinrin-Shako, and get off at the Kyodai Nogakubu-mae stop.

From Kyoto Station (JR or Kintetsu Line)

  • Bus: From Kyoto Station by No. 7: Take a city bus bound for Kinrin-Shako, and get off at the Kyodai Nogakubu-mae stop.
  • Bus: From Kyoto Station by No. 206: Take a city bus bound for Kitaoji Bus Terminal, and get off at the Hyakumanben stop.
  • Subway + Bus: From Kyoto Station, take the Subway Karasuma Line bound for Kokusaikaikan, and get off at Imadegawa Station. From Karasuma-Imadegawa bus stop, take a Kyoto City Bus No. 203 and get off at the Kyodai Nogakubu-mae stop.

From Kawaramachi Station (Hankyu Railway)

  • Bus: From Shijo Kawaramachi Station by No. 201: Take a city bus bound for Gion and Hyakumanben, or No. 3: Take a city bus bound for Hyakumanben and get off at the Hyakumanben.
  • Bus: From Shijo Kawaramachi Station by No. 7: Take a city bus bound for Kinrin-Shako, and get off at the Kyodai Nogakubu-mae stop.
